Who We Are

Picture
The South Dakota Coalition for Companion Animals was formed to give pet owners, and animal advocates a common place to work together to build a better community for the animals they love. The purpose of the SDCCA is to provide community humane education,  encourage spay/neuter, work with civic leaders to provide low cost veterinary & spay/neuter services, and responsible pet ownership. We hope to help foster a life long bond between companion animals and the people who love them.

We are not a pet shelter or rescue. We do not have pets for adoption, and can not  help you re-home your pet. Please contact your local shelters or rescue agencies for these types of services. Always remember! Adopt before you Shop!

Sioux Falls SNIP

Our spay / neuter program will begin providing services in the Sioux Falls area in January 2010. Help fund the cost of veterinary services, supplies and materials, by making a secure online donation through ChipIn! Your donation to Almost Home, our partner agency, will help ensure the program continues year round. Thank You for your on going support!

SDCCA has no paid staff.
We are comprised entirely of volunteers who care about their families, their communities and their pets.
